Psalm 139:13-16
For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.
My frame was not hidden from you
when I was made in the secret place,
when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.
Your eyes saw my unformed body;
all the days ordained for me were written in your book
before one of them came to be.
Take a minute and look at your fingerprints – no one else has your exact print, your ears are unique too did you know that? so is your tongue! Your hand span from middle finger to middle finger is the same as your height. The distance between your wrist and your elbow is the same size as your feet. That little dip above your lip, that’s the final piece of you that was knitted together before you were born, it’s where your skin sealed your insides inside. You were created with precision, beauty, care, consideration and pure love of the creator. You were not a mistake, you’re not here by accident. You were planned for such a time as this. Each day, each moment, each second God knew you would pass through them all, he wrote your story ahead of time and he delights in you each day, watching you, his beautiful child and walking beside you as you take each step.
Ps. You are amazing! So get up, get caffeinated and make the day count!
